Keyword Research

What is Keyword Research?

Before you write a single word of content, you need to know what your audience is actually searching for — and that’s exactly what keyword research uncovers.

It bridges the gap between what people want to find and what you put out there for them, making it one of the most important steps in any SEO strategy.

Nobody has time to create content that nobody finds.

Keyword research makes sure that doesn’t happen — giving you a clear, data-driven picture of what your audience is searching for so you can focus your energy on topics that actually bring people to your site.

What it entails

Not all keywords are worth chasing — and good keyword research helps you tell the difference.

I look at how many people are searching for a term each month, but more importantly, I dig into what they’re actually trying to do when they search. Are they ready to buy? Just browsing? Looking for answers? That context changes everything.

The right keywords beat the most keywords every time — and keyword difficulty helps figure out which battles are worth fighting.

Some terms are dominated by big players, and going head-to-head rarely ends well. That’s why I also make sure every keyword we target is genuinely relevant to your brand — because traffic that doesn’t convert is just noise.
